This is our process:
I. Book the date.
I'm placing my booking site to make it convinient and easy for families who already know, and agree with services provided to just simply book their sessions online.
II. Take photos.
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmaton with your selected date and time, and I will reach out by text or email to confirm as well and see if there are any quesitons you may have before your scheduled appointment.
III. Deliver memories.
Here I will be delivering the gallery specifically for your events or sessions. The turnaround time can vary by event and length of time of the session. Usually, you should expect your gallery to be ready at least 3-7 days for a 1-2 hour portrait session and 14-21 days for longer portrait sessions. Wedding galleries can take roughly from 3wks-5weeks at most just because they include more digital images. Each gallery will allow you to download the amount of digital images included in your package at no additional fees, and optional to purchase additional digital images per photos and prints from the online store. Please make sure to download only the ones you are sure about that you want and that you do not download duplicates as they are no returns or refunds on any mistaken images selected. For any Prints or items in the store purchase issues can be resolved with the merchant you purchased with so please reach out to their support team if needed. Any concerns for delivery or purchases made through the store have to be brought to the print partners you purchased it from as well and contact their support team. Thank you for all your support
